An ETA visa will allow you to stay in Australia for up to 3 months on each visit.

Australian Working Holiday Visa
Australian working holiday visas permit young travellers aged between 18 and 31 to work and travel around Australia.
This visa also allows you to supplement your travel funds through temporary employment.
You may stay for up to 12 months from the date of first entry into Australia, and multiple entries are accepted.
Australian Business Visa
If you're travelling to Australia for business purposes, then you will require an Australian business visa.
This will allow you to travel to Australia to conduct business activities for up to 3 months at a time.
This visa is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
New Zealand Working Holiday Visa
The New Zealand working holiday visa scheme allows young people age between 18 and 31 to travel around New Zealand. This visa also permits you to work to earn additional funds during your trip.
British passport holders are permitted to stay in New Zealand for a period of 12 or 23 months.
Irish working holiday-makers are permitted to work and travel around New Zealand for a period of up to 12 months.
