2nd Australian Working Holiday Visa
You must be between 18 – 30 on application (you must not be over 30 when you apply for this visa).
Your Australian working holiday visa permits you to stay for up to 12 months. Your visa permits you to work to subsidise your travel when entering under an Australian working holiday visa. However, you may only work for an individual employer for a maximum of 6 months.
The cost of the 2nd Australian working holiday visa is $414.00 USD
If you are wishing to apply for a 2nd year working holiday visa, please note that you are required to have completed 3 months specified work in one of these industries:
- Plant and animal cultivations
- Fishing and Pearling
- Tree Framing and Felling
- Mining
- Construction

Specified work must also have been carried out in an eligible postcode area.
Your 2nd Australian working holiday visa will allow you to:
- Stay in Australia for up to 12 months
- Leave and re-enter Australia as often as you like
- Work with one employer for up to 6 months
- Return to work for an employer from 1st work holiday
Note: There is no requirements to complete "specified work" on the 2nd working holiday visa.
