Investor(Provisional) Subclass 162

There are two stages of the Australian business skills visa application (Provisional). First you must apply for the business skills provisional visa, this is a temporary visa to allow you to travel to Australia to start your business, or join a suitable firm. The Australian Business Skills program also has four categories for persons who are in Australia on temporary visas, other than the Business Skills (Provisional) visas:
Listed below are the 4 categories of the Business Skills program:
1. Business Owner (Provisional) Visa
This visa is for successful owners or part-owners of a business.
2. Senior Executive (Provisional) Visa
This visa is for successful senior executive employees of major businesses.
3. Investment Linked (Provisional) Visa
This visa is for successful investors/business people willing to invest into Australia
4. Business Talent Visa
This visa is for high-calibre business people who have sponsorship from a State/Territory government.
Once you have been successfully operating your business for at least 2 years, you are then eligible to for a permanent Business Owner (Residence) Visa Subclass 890, or the State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Residence) Visa, Subclass 893,
